Welcome to this Gulf-front Paradise! The Boardwalk 186 is a

2 bedroom, 2 bath Gulf-front condo, located in the heart of Gulf Shores! The Boardwalk is a beach lover's dream, as well as a Gulf Shores tradition. Enjoy soaking up the sunshine while reveling in all the beautiful Gulf Coast has to offer! Large enough for 6-8 guests, the Boardwalk 186 is perfect for your next family vacation.

Just steps from the beach, everything about this condo has been designed to provide an exceptional vacation experience. Tastefully decorated, extra clean, well-equipped and spacious- you will find this unit tailor-made for creating memories that will last a lifetime! Everything combined, there are many repeat guests that choose to stay year after year. After spending vacation time here, it is my goal that you feel the same!

For those that love to stay in and cook, the freshly updated kitchen is fully equipped with everything you’ll need. Boasting granite countertops, natural cherry cabinets and an open bar- the kitchen area has all you need and more.

-The master bedroom is both private and comfortable. Equipped with a large, cozy,

king-sized bed, wall-mounted television, amazing view of the Gulf, as well as a door opening up to the balcony. You will love the adjoining master bath. It is both spacious and private.

-Bedroom 2 provides two twin-sized beds, wall-mounted television, and large closet.

-The living area includes an oversized couch that easily converts into a large-sized bed.

-The shared bathroom is full-sized and offers a tub/shower combo.

The Boardwalk is a 70 unit complex, located within walking distance of attractions, shopping, entertainment, and dining. The famous Sea n’ Suds restaurant, a Gulf Shores staple, is right next door. Once you arrive, there’s no need to get back in the car! Feel free to contact me with any questions.

Enjoyable Family Vacation at the Beach

The unit is in a great location for proximity to beach and short travel time to all other attractions & amenities. There were a few minor things for which the unit could withstand small fixes, but nothing major impacting the quality of the stay. All in all, it was an enjoyable family vacation at the beach!

Our stay was wonderful. This condo is the first floor which made it super convenient to the pool and beach. It was a minute to the pool and 2 minutes to the beach.The beds we’re comfortable and clean. The owner was easy to contact and very helpful. The security staff were helpful and kind. There is a lot to do close by and many things are walking distance.

We had a wonderful time at this condo! It was decorated nicely and very clean. The owner responded timely to messages and any issue was resolved quickly. The condo includes everything you need for your stay, including dish/laundry detergent, shampoo/soap, cookware and utensils, beach chairs and umbrellas. The ocean view was amazing and we loved being so close to the beach and pool. We will definitely stay here again!

Wonderful place on the beach with a wonderful host!

I am very pleased with my experience in staying on Alabama Shores. Everything was perfect and to my liking. Any questions I had were very quickly answered by Dana as well. I will definitely return! Thumbs up all the way.
