"I am members Marriott for couple decades. Book this hotel 🏨 because "free" aeroport shuttle. I emailed 📧 hotel over 6 times. Called booked in website for the transportation. They never pick me up. Has to spend $30 taxi 🚕. Mexico travel solutions that is company hotel uses. Try to get refund for money 💰 I spend. I was told "no" it is not hotel problem. The breakfast employee rude!!!"

"I was robbed by one of the staff members $20. Iim given only one card key that also controls the air conditioner which means the room is always hot when you get in. There were little flies flying around that I had to kill myself and before killing them they bit me multiple times. I had a horrible night sleep the room was insufferable. Absolute worst hotel I've stayed in while traveling to Mexico in quite a long time. I will never return to this unfortunate s*** hole."

"Well-kept facility. Very clean and nice amenities. Was put in a room above the reception office facing the street, so not the best experience this time. If we could have gotten the rooms facing the pool or courtyard we would have been more pleased. We also had noisy, drunken neighbors late at night, but it wasn’t anything Sina Suites could have done."
