"This hotel cannot be in a better location, it’s so downtown and steps from all major spots i.e. Universidad de Guanajuato, El Pipula, Mercad Hidalgo, Alhóndiga, among others. The staff is friendly and courteous, the rooms were clean and spacious. Este hotel está en una muy buena ubicación. Está a pasos de todos los lugares emblemáticos. Todo el personal es súper amable y gentil. Los cuartos amplios y limpios. Me volvería a quedar aquí."

"Right at the center of the City, next to Teatro Juarez. However, because we were there exactly during the time of the Festival Cervantino, a good number of musicians were playing around the plaza and this made it difficult to slip. Never the less, it allowed us access to most everything we wanted to visit: Theater, Pipila, Momies, Mines, University, and the neighborhood. I consider it a better city than San Miguel de Allende because of its architecture and community, very active, since 4 am people is out going to work and doing their shores. Very clean all over."

"Room was great! Air conditioning worked well and had a ceiling fan! Room is older but was in great condition. Originally stayed at the castle and had to leave early because it was dirty luckily this hotel had some rooms left I was satisfied. Location is great right next to the church. Close to restaurants and shops."
