El servicio de restaurante es muy deficiente, para que te atiendan, ha que moverse a buscar al personal y tienes que pedirle todo, vaya, la mesa no servilletas tenían. La atención en recepción es aceptable. Considero que se confunde el ambiente rústico/colonial ya que en la habitación, el colchón estuvo bastante incómodo. Estuve esperando a la gerente para tratar un tema del cobro, pero nunca llegó a pesar de que habíamos acordado una hora específica. Esperaré que no me aparezca en mí TC cobro doble. En cuyo caso, procederé legalmente.
