El Meson de los Poetas is a lovely hotel well situated within a short walking distance of Guanajuato's many attractions. Very easy to flag a taxi right outside the door. As a US citizen, I thoroughly enjoyed all the amenities that the hotel had to offer. The staff was excellent. I bought a breakfast package and it was extremely nourishing. The hotel front desk assisted me with getting a cab therefore I felt very safe moving around the city. I will return.
