Room/Bathroom/Furniture all new so its squeaky clean. nice staff very thoughtful on check in. would stay here again, especially in warm days as its nearly the only hotel in gloucester centre with air conditioning"

"I stay here when on business in Gloucester as it’s such an amazing apartment. The communication from the host is outstanding and so easy to follow, the location is gorgeous right on the quays a minutes walk from the canal, bars bistros and restaurants. The parking is gated so super secure and the fact you get your own spot means there’s no worrying about whether you will get parked or not as I do at many of the hotels I stay at. The apartment block is quiet and the neighbours are all friendly. The kitchen is well equipped although I don’t really use it as the area has such lovely eating places. The beds are really comfortable and has plenty of sockets at each side (again something you don’t always get in hotels). Looking forward to my next visit to Gloucester and staying here again."

"Good location near city centre. Clean and comfortable. Generally very well equipped - we asked about a bread-knife and Shea provided one within hours. Hot water was not working when we arrived for some reason but she rectified it straight away - she could not have been more friendly and helpful."

Most generally good but blinds don’t work very well and that toilet really does need mending very soon - as a female I was hit in the back by the toilet lid several times!
