"It was a nice authentic older style room. People with mobility issues will find getting in and out of bath quite difficult."

"Nice room and comfy bed. Fireplace great during winter (major attraction for my booking) and good size spa with surround sound to watch TV was excellent (wasn’t initially what I was after but turned out to be great). But tight road to get into if you have a large vehicle, rooms aren’t serviced daily until 5th day of stay (would’ve at least been nice to get more coffee each day), sink drained very very slowly, very little bench space beside sink, kitchen cupboard door slightly unhinged meaning always needing to open both doors just to access cutlery draw which was behind one if the doors, two small fridges instead of one larger one (was ok but forget about stocking up too much for an extra long weekend). But nice stay and I’m glad I stayed although wasn’t a bargain price."

"As a first time guest, I was very pleasantly surprised at the outstanding service from the moment I made the booking. As I was travelling and would be a late arrival to the premises, I was kept up-to-date on how to gain access. The location is superb with great restaurants just 5 minutes away. Would HIGHLY recommend the local Japanese Restaurant. The hotel rooms was exceptionally clean and well stocked with all amenities. The room was even preheated so came home to a cosy stay. Highly recommended as a place to chill. Will definitely return visit"
