"We had a very enjoyable 5 days at this beautiful property.The children were outside all day exploring the property, feeding the animals and loved collecting eggs and picking the produce from the bountiful vegetable garden. The house is well equipped and provides a very comfortable rural experience complete with beautiful views."

"We had a great stay at Golden Rose Cottage! Georgina is an incredible host with fast, courteous communications. The cottage is very spacious, large rooms with high ceilings. The beds were some of the most comfortable beds I've ever had!!! And a unique surprise for a rental was a sharp kitchen knife!! A rare find and mush appreciated if you like to cook. The kitchen is very well stocked with all you need for preparing and serving meals. The oven/cooktop performs very well. The outdoor deck is a brilliant installation with incredible views of the stars and the valley. I found the town a pleasant walk and the surrounding area to be wonderful neighborhoods. It was cold at night and the mornings, and the cottage is stocked with wood for the wood burning stove. And there is a heater in the kitchen to get things warming up in the morning. Very dog friendly which we appreciated. I highly recommend a stay here!"

"Beautiful views from a well presented and equipped stay with everything you need. Lovely hosts and easy communication. Special touches such as fresh eggs and fruit on arrival, milk in the fridge and coffee machine as well. A lovely dam for swimming on the property and animal feeding to participate in. Can imagine the fire pit would be put to good use during the cooler months. Only good things to say about this property!"
