"The check in process was easy. Received the door code prior to arrival. Full kitchen stocked with dishes. Only down side was I couldn’t access the WiFi for my laptop."

"Place was clean, but one very odd thing... there was not one drawer to hold anything in the entire kitchen, utensils were in a plastic rack on top of microwave. We also didn't like having to walk down 13 stairs in the middle of the night to use the bathroom. As far as pet friendly, these cabins are on the side of a steep grade, so no room for a fence or enclosure of any kind. Other than that, refrig made alot of noise, place decent"

"The property was wonderful, the veiw was incredible, the value exceptional. However there was one major problem, the place was infested with carpenter bees. We could not go on the deck at all or use the hot tub during the daytime without getting swarmed. I got two bees stuck in my hair even. Luckily they are not aggressive generally and the males don't sting. They are also destroying the property, there are little sawdust piles everywhere. I was very concerned as my wife is highly allergic. I contacted the property manager multiple times and nothing was done. He said he was sending pest control but no one showed up. He quit responding to my messages and calls after the first day. Once they have your money they couldn't care less about your stay. "

"This is hands-down one of the best properties we’ve ever visited! The layout was absolutely perfect for our extended family trip, offering plenty of space and comfort. We spent so much time on the deck—having the pool and hot tub right there made it incredibly easy to supervise the kids while we relaxed. We enjoyed evenings by the fire under the lights and listening to the creek behind the cabin. The location was great as well! Our family ranged from 3 years old to 63 and everyone had a fantastic stay! A truly beautiful home! "
