"I had a room with a lovely view of a little harbor. I specifically got a room with a balcony (neither the balcony door nor the window would open). The walls are paper thin, very noisy, including hearing loud jazz music coming from the lobby the entire night. Fortunately, I brought headphones and fell asleep after I put them on."

"The front staff was amazing, especially I think his name was Evan or Ethan. He was so kind and the supervisor on staff was also always ready and available to help. The room was very clean and breakfast was perfect. Not too much but great. "

"The hotel was marketed in a misleading way, both by the property owner and on Expedia. Based on the photos and description, we believed we had booked a room with an in-room jetted hot tub. However, upon check-in, we were informed that we had a standard room and that the hot tub rooms were no longer available. Additionally, the property was presented as a secure hotel, but in reality the rooms are motel-style units facing a busy street. There was also no breakfast offered, either complimentary or for purchase. The only positive aspect of our stay was the water view."
