"Everything was good. They only have housekeeping every other day. Somehow we missed the two days the could have done our room during our 4 day stay. No big deal but a little extra effort would have been appreciated. Live music in the evening was unexpected and great. "

"My stay with Hampton Inn in Naperville was wonderful. The front desk helped me so much because I did not have a reservation as previously thought. Unfortunately my reservation was at Holiday Inn but I was unaware of it because no confirmation email was sent . Hampton Inn only had one room available but I was so thankful to get that room by being a Honor member . The location was great because everything was in walking distance for the great food and shopping. Thank you, Hampton Inn for having my back."
