"After reserving a room here for a conference, I had read some recent reviews that were critical of this place, so I honestly didn't know what to expect. But those reviews were NOT my experience. I had a pleasant experience here. My room was very spacious and clean. The staff was very nice and accommodating. The lobby is HUGE and very beautiful. I did have one negative with some miscommunication with the pool being unlocked and it actually NOT being unlocked, even after telling the front desk twice that it wasn't unlocked, but they finally got it resolved. And wasn't a fan of surrounding area. There seemed to be a lot of construction going on, and to get to places to eat was kind of a drive. BUT overall I really had a nice time here. I would definitely would stay here again and definitely recommended this hotel. Thomas Hawthorne II"

Comfortable mattress and excellent water pressure. Very clean. The breakfast was especially tasty. Super friendly staff. Great value for the money!"

"This property was advertised as “Hideaway Place”. sounding like a special destination. Since VRBO stands for Vacation Rental By Owner, the thought never occurred to me that it would be a below average motel. I’m a loyal client of VRBO and will continue to be. However, VRBO you can do better. "
