Pension très bien située dans les ruelles de Skiathos. Calme, proche des commerces et restaurants. Tenue par des hôtes merveilleux !

We arrived at 4pm, no one was available to help us check in that spoke English, it was very confusing. The room was clean but the beds are not comfortable. The hotel advertises free transfer to the airport, but no one was available who spoke English to arrange that for us. I am disappointed with this experience.

The room and bathroom was in a very bad condition. Very hard beds but very effective AC. The staff couldn’t speak English. Very difficult to reach the Hotel if you have difficulties to move. However, they put in an extra bed for us which we appreciated a lot.

They picked us up from the airport and dropped us off at the port for our morning ferry. We only stayed one night but they were excellent hosts!

The owners were friendly and accommodating, helping us after checkout. The view was fantastic and the rooftop balcony was a nice touch

Happy to have met Martha. Her hospitality, flexibility, and genuine care has made our stay feel just at home. The comfortable bed and pillow was just what we needed after a long day and the coffee with terrace view was just what we needed to start the next day. If I’m ever back in Skiathos, this is will I be staying.

The woman running the whole show did the best she could but she literally was running the whole show. Breakfast wasn't ready and after I finally got coffee, she had to leave to take someone to the airport. The beds were not made- sheets just left on the bed. Toilet seat was broken. Television didn't work-

A view above all
Spectacular view of the city, close to everything. Make sure you’re prepared for a little uphil but worth the view especially in the morning for coffee on the terrace.

Good: Staff Giannis, wife & yia yia very nice lol free coffee & toasr inc. in mornings :) free shuttle to airport. Nice view of the city when you sit on the rooftop for cafe & toast but also, no shade from the hot sun. Not good: hotel very hard to find although Giannis offers pickup his message is sent last minite so you'll only get it after you land. Beware to many "steep steps" to get to city centre & tight spiral staircase in hotel makes for a tiring vacay. TV is useless old 9" box from the 80's. Respectively, overpriced to what you get ratio. :(

The owner was a legend. Drove us around to get our connections and then raced back to the airport after finding we’d left our power adapter there. Great views. It’s the highest point of the village. The stairs are no big deal...great deck on the roof. All round winner!

Nice room, very friendly staff( thank you Martha)
A nice place but difficult to get to. Up steep hill , taxi took me to wrong place, Margarita HOUSE, apparently they do this regularly because they don’t want to go up the hill. But the owners wife rescued me, thank you Martha! She also offered me a glass of wine upon arrival and took me to the airport the next day. Room was clean and comfortable.

Convenient place with caring and attentive owner. Picked us up at the airport and dropped us off at the ferry the next morning. Couldn't have been more helpful. Easy walk (hilly, but that's Skiathos) into town. Windmill restaurant is conveniently right next door.

Fantastic views fro roof top area.
Takes full advantage of a hilly island, just off main town. Picked up from port, might be more difficult if you have a walking disability. Very friendly owner and family they could not do enough for us. Excellent Stay.

Great Service, Wonderful Care
Not only a beautiful hotel and location but phenomenal service, the hotel owner drove us to and from the ferry and airport, including odd hours of the day. The location was perfect in the middle of town where it was easy access to food, bars, and shopping.

A warm welcome and ideally located.
We were collected from the airport as part of the hotel service and the owner was very helpful, friendly and accommodating. Breakfast served on the rooftop terrace was truly delicious and home-made, plus the panoramic views over Skiathos town were stunning from this location. The hotel is ideally located for Skiathos town, and everything from shops and restaurants are a couple of minutes walk, as too is the port. The rooms were immaculately clean.

I booked the Pension Margarita as an afterthought to make my journey to Skiathos airport more relaxed. It more than lived up to the reviews and the owner went out of his way to be helpful.

Great place to stay as a stop over.
On my way back up to Athens. Convenient and cheap. Yianniss could not do enough for you!! What a great guy - the owner. Transfers to and from ferry and airport and he didn't want any money in return. Many thanks to you Yianniss and hope to see you again soon.

Not recommended sorry.
+ Airconditioner + Hostess helped us down with luggage when we came. Did not feel so welcomed tho, she didn’t even smile or say hello welcome. -Dirty. So dirty floors, left my white socks brown on the bottom. Spiderwebs in corners of walls and bed. - The bathroom floor tiles was also very dirty, i could wipe up dirt with wet paper from the inbetween tiles. I didn’t even want to shower there because of how dirty it was. - Trashcan for toiletpaper did not work to open with the push button so you had to manually touch the dirty lid to throw toilet paper. ❌- Says FREE transfer but does NOT offer free transfer, they wanted to CHARGE 10€/person. ❌- Noises, woke up every 30min or everytime someone entered the hotel, you could clearly hear when someone went in the stairs or open doors/talk. - On top of a hill with maaany stairs, would not come again. If you chose this hotel take a taxi up because it is not worth walking up all those stairs with heavy luggage. Do not chose this hotel if you have a disability or if you can’t walk properly/have a weak heart. -We got basement room, had to walk down small narrow steps with the luggage, no elevator for that.

Skønt lille pensionat
Vi skulle bruge en enkelt overnatning inden afrejse fra Skiathos. Vidunderlig service af værterne og fri transfer til lufthavn. Terrasse med helt fantastisk udsigt. Kunne sagtens vende tilbage for nogle dage.

Mooi en net hotel gelegen op een heuvel
Nette en comfortabele kamer. Enige min puntje is dat het op een heuvel gelegen is en moeilijk bereikbaar wanneer je bagage hebt, doch de eigenaar biedt airport service aan, en brengt je ook naar de haven. Zonder bagage is het hotel best bereikbaar en ligt vrij dicht bij de hoofdstraat. Prachtig uitzicht over de stad vanop het dakterras

Sono rimasta una sola notte per cui non posso esprimere una recensione che per la sola notte di permanenza. La posizione è strategica, il personale molto gentile e il servizio navetta comodo e a disposizione totale degli ospiti. Purtroppo la camera assegnata a noi non aveva finestre e posizionata nel piano interrato. Si sentiva l’umidità e assolutamente per nulla confortevole. Anche un po’ rumorosa.

Splendida vista vicinissimo al centro
Camera con vista città fino al mare, vicino al centro ma non distrurbato dal rumore, servizio transfer da e per l'aeroporto, sia il titolare che il resto del personale sono molto gentili. Bella terrazza attrezzata con sedie e tavolini a disposizione dei clienti. Ci siamo trovati bene.
