I had no idea what to expect when we booked this hotel on Expedia. The reviews made everything seem great and the price per night was high enough to be that of a nice resort but not over the top either.
This is an All-German resort
This point is not mentioned in any of the reviews that I read previously... overall I have nothing against that fact but there were things we were definitely left out of because we did not know that before booking this resort.
The beach is most likely the nicest private beach in the area hands down. It's very expansive, there are more than enough chairs, umbrellas, etc. and it's extremely gorgeous. The entire resort has many shops, offices, activities etc across the property from Tennis, mini golf, spa, gym, doctors office, beach, pool, adult pool, and the list goes on and on.
The food is top notch and the beer and wine flows freely at the meals not like some resorts that try to limit your consumption at meals. The food is also there almost all day from Breakfast, Late Breakfast, Lunch, Snack, and Dinner all of the meals are buffet style but they have many different stations spread out across the dining area so all portions of food are fairly freshly made and I have not a complaint. All of the nights had different themes for dinner with music costumes etc.
Every night after dinner there were activities by the main bar! Really cool.. but all in German.. kind of a bummer that we couldn't participate and felt very left out.
