Good but needs various quality improvements
The hotel facilities are very satisfying, but the condition of some of them was not so good. The bangalows has issues that need immediate attention (widows with no mosquito protection, noisy air condition, toilet flush needs repair). I must say that everything was very clean though. Breakfast was very nice also!

Ideak stay in a gem close to Molyvos 🇬🇷
Excellent stay due to marvelous hotel personnel Breathtaking view and wonderful resort facing the Sea, close to Molyvos and view on Castle. Wi-fi in rooms could be enhanced, but excellent in public areas Good bedding and peaceful place with secured parking. But again, lovely personnel to make your stay perfect!.....and being exclusive guest! Congratulations.

Close to town and a really nice view
The property is in a really fantastic location, with its own beach front and a pool with a great view of Molivos. This hotel is a bit outdated, but it is kept in good and clean conditions. Breakfast is okay, and the service staff is very kind.

Great location
Stayed June 2018. + ve Seaview rooms are worth the premium. Watching the sunset from your terrace is a great way to end the day Rooms seem to have had a recent refurbishment and are nice. The breakfast terrace is a good start to the day. Free poolside and near beach sun beds. Poolside taverna and bar serves good food at reasonable prices. Beach is good for swimming. (clean, gently shelving) Snorkellers should swim or walk left up to end of the beach as there is interesting fish life close to the rocks there. Staff are all cheerful, friendly and helpful. Free Wi-fi in rooms and beach, taverna etc. The attraction of Molyvos old town and harbour are close enough to be walkable each evening. - ve A/c in rooms is a sometimes weak. Shower in bathroom is a bit 1970’s. (Loose fixing, temperature variable). (No kettle in room ?) Overall, on balance a great place to stay. Recommended.

Beautiful view and clean hotel
We have stayed this hotel only one night but I would definitely stay longer. Very good location and very quiet with a beatiuful view and garden area. Although not a new hotel but very clean.

Great hotel. Staff is so friendly, helpful and nice. 10 minutes by walking to Molyvos center. Safe and quiet environment. I would certainly stay here again if I visit Lesvos Island.

Rien à dire ! C’était super ! Bungalow très sympa dans la verdure. Établissement très calme également. Superbe piscine avec une vue magnifique sur le village de Molyvos. Enfin le petit déjeuner était varié et délicieux. Je reviendrai !

Το πρωινό εξαιρετικό σε τεράστια βεράντα με θέα θάλασσα. Η εξυπηρέτηση καλή. Καθαρά τα δωμάτια. Θέα εκπληκτική από το μπαλκόνι του δωματίου. Παλιό ξενοδοχείο, αρκετά ανακαινισμένο αλλά όχι όσο θα έπρεπε... Να έχετε μαζί σας εντομοαπωθητικό υγρό για τα κουνούπια. Τα στρώματα στα κρεβάτια ανυπόφορα. Ξύπνησα μετά από ολιγόωρο ύπνο με πόνο στο στήθος! Το είπα στη ρεσεψιόν φεύγοντας, μετά τη διανυκτέρευση μιας νύχτας, και μου είπαν ότι μπορούσαν να μου δώσουν ένα έξτρα στρώμα αν μέναμε κι άλλο...

Beatiful scenery for Mlyvos
Hotel is very close to Mlyvos and Petra. You can easily reach to Mlyvos from hotel by walking. But in some parts of hotels to be renovation specially bathroom. It is not easy to reach from Lesvos centre to hotel. I highky recommend to Rent a Car from Mytilini.

The best thing was the breakfast and the nature!
There are three different kinds of rooms. Those in the photos and those which are not in the photos. At first I was put up in one of those which are not in the photos. Also there was no good wifi in the bungalows or there was not any. The staff is really friendly and helpful. The breakfast was really good and tasty and Dora at breakfast more than willing to help everyone. Congratulations Dora!!!

The Best Hotel in Molyvos and Petra area.
This is really very good hotel for holiday.Next to the sea.Rooms are clean.The breakfast has lots of fresh local food.The swimming pool is big and with sea water.They have also tennis and football courts.The Hotel has very big gardens.All the staff very friendly.The management sent a bottle of wine for our marriage anniversary.Thank you for Everything..

Fint turisthotell med rum och bungalows, pool och strand. Ligger lite utanför själva Molivos så om man inte har bil är det en ordentlig promenad till byn. Fin frukost, bra mat i pool-tavernan och hjälpsam personal. Mkt prisvärt.

Mini tatil köyü
Molivos'un girişinde yer alıyor. Kahvaltısı güzel, havuzundan yararlandık. 4 kişi olduğumuz için Bungalow dedikleri fakat 2 katlı villanın üst katindaydık. Guzel bir terası vardı. Yeterli derecede konforu var. Otel personeli güler yüzlü. Hergün çevrede yer alan bölgeleri ziyaret ettik. Tavsiye ederim. Fakat Midilli adasında deniz guneyde daha iyi.
