"El hotel es hermoso. Las piscina espectaculares y limpias. El personal demasiado atento y amable. El staff de entretenimiento - Caramelo, Jorge Blue, Coqueta, Lebron y los demás, gracias por hacer nuestras vacaciones súper divertidas. Las chicas del spa- Maribel , Ramona y Aracelis, gracias por sus atenciones. La experiencia es divina. La variedad de restaurantes es estupenda y el buffet muy completo. Definitivamente regresamos."

"This property was great! Staff was really nice and helpful! Let us check in super early and complimentary late check out since my son was having stomach issues which we really appreciated! The property is beautiful and in such a walkable friendly area to a lot of things! Everything is a 5 min uber away! We will definitely come back here again! Rooms were a little outdated but other then that no complaints at all!!"

"Fue nuestra tercera visita de vaccines a TRS Turquesa y no creo que deseemos cambiar de hotel ya que nos sentimos allí como en nuestra segunda casa, la atencion de todo el personal incluyendo los mayordomos es excecional, son como una familia, la comida y todos los servicios dentro de la instalacion son magnificos, recomiendo totalmente este hotel a todas las parejas o grupos de adultos que deseen pasar unas vacaciones de relax, es un hotel que reune todas las condiciones para una estancia inolvidable"
