"Staff to be honest in certain instances were outright rude or disrespectful. There are cultural issues at play, so for full context we are a black, American couple. The DR has a history of negativity towards black people & the USA is not popular internationally right now… our room also had a few issues maintenance wise (no hot water & damaged finishes)"

"A great Babymoon resort! Everyone was so accommodating especially with the nonalcoholic drinks for me. Check in was a little delayed and we didn’t have cold water in our showers but overall the service was excellent and we will be returning after our baby is born "

"Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room service came everyday and replaced towels and fridge. Staff was helpful with booking reservations via WhatsApp (but sometimes it was difficult to get a reservation — would recommend trying to book all reservations your first night). Room was fairly clean, however, it did show some signs of damage. For example, the doorway panels were pulled away, there was missing grout in the shower, the tv didn’t work, and one of the elevators was out of order. Pool areas were fairly clean as well. The lounge chair cushions had some stains, but pool towels were in fair condition. Food was good and there were a good amount of options. It was nice being on the adult side and being able to go to the family side as well. The buffets were probably the best. I wish there were more restrooms closer to the pool areas and that the property was a bit more fixed up. Overall, we had a great time! Food was good, staff was nice, and the vibes were fun.
