"Very nice property. STK was great but wish it wasn't so expensive, food was excellent. Staff was above and beyond in the restraunt and throughout the hotel. Food on the first floor TGI Friday food was horrible, rather eat Mc Donald's. Staff was always there to help and you didn't need to ask for help, they were just there always offering help. Hotel is very very clean, I am impressed how clean they keep it."

"Room Rate Vs. Guest Club Charges Explained. We were very concerned to read that this hotel applied additional charges when checking in. Several Trip Advisor reviews confirmed that an additional per night Guest Club charge was applied over and above advertised room rate charges together with another charge should you require additional services. HOWEVER, if you booked through a third party booking site the advertised rates are ALL INCLUSIVE and no extra charges are applied. This is not entirely clear so dependent and how and with whom you booked with. There were some negative issues but I'll try to summarise the plus and minus bits to help you. 1. WHAT IS INCLUDED There were no additional charges over and above what we expected to pay as confirmed in our booking email. We received vouchers for breakfast for each day of our stay / 2 free drinks per day from the bar and a discount per day on any meals ordered from the hotel restaurant together with 2 x bottles of water per guest per day. 2. ROOM Very basic & somewhat austere but functional (not as shown in some of the pictures). Good bits are a separate lobby room next to the bedroom with 2 TV's (1+1). The Queen sized beds are a touch too small for a really comfortable night sleep. 3. BREAKFAST BUFFET Absolutely 1st class with a wide choice available and eat as much as you like. 4. STAFF Really very helpful who could not do enough to please. Special Thanks to Ken, Mikaela & Will."

"We had a wonderful stay at Vittoria Hotel & Suites! The hotel was very clean and comfortable, and the location was perfect—so convenient for exploring Niagara Falls. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. We really enjoyed our time here and were very happy with our choice. If we visit Niagara Falls again, we would definitely stay at Vittoria Hotel & Suites again. Highly recommended!"

"Check in took was at 4pm. We arrived at 2:30 and requested early check in. We were told the room would be ready in 20 mins and they would call or email us. We heard nothing and arrived back to the counter at 4. Room was still not ready, we waited half an hr before being told it was a maintenance issue, they could downgrade us from floor 24 to 18 if we didn’t want to wait. It was disappointing. Our room was decent and still had a great view of the American falls though. There were no other issues during our 2 day stay. In and out privileges for self-parking on site @ US$75 per day"
