There was no one at the desk when I arrived. No hot water the first morning. When I called about it, the front desk person was like “oh well, I’ll report it to maintenance.” For what I paid, they should have moved me to a different room immediately. But they did not care. I guarantee that I won’t be returning.

If you are traveling with children, this hotel isn't a good choice for you because there is no mini-fridge meaning you can't keep milk, yogurt, or snacks cold for your child or yourself and there is no microwave either, so you can't bring back leftovers from a restaurant, So, I won't be returning to this hotel for those two reasons. Another thing: it's very far from everything even Times Square. The cleaning lady woke us up twice, she opened the door at 9 a.m. while my husband, my son, and I were sleeping, so she woke us up. I found that quite inappropriate and uncomfortable for us. Another time, it happened at 2 p.m, so just be aware of that. The hotel looks quite different when you see it in person, everything there is an old style, and the elevator is very small. I liked the bed, it's very comfortable. Bring conditioner because there isn't any there; I only brought shampoo, body lotion, facial cleanser, and body wash, but there's no conditioner. We didn't like it and won't be coming back, it was the first time we paid for a hotel, so I learned a lot about how to choose one in the future! sometimes the cheap option ends up being costly.

"This property is spacious and nicely located along the 4 Mile Beach, but it is not easily walkable to the town nor any restaurants nearby. The facilities/pools seemed like they could use a deep cleaning although our room seemed to be updated and clean. The restaurants on site are quite good."
