"First time staying here, chose for the location. Excellent customer service on arrival, communal bar area a lovely addition with a pool table. We were able to order food although it was quite late and the food came out well presented. Despite being a big hotel it was very quiet. "

We booked a couples spa package, that included afternoon tea.massage, and then relaxing in the steam room jacuzzi and pool. Our suite was so nice clean spacious with a four poster bed.
