"With virtually nothing available in Wilkesboro for Floydfest we found this very nice cabin in Todd. 45 min to Wilkesboro but an easy ride and not a dealbreaker. Cabin was very nice, quiet with a nice view of the New River right across the street. Wish I had brought my fly rod!"

"Beautiful views and nice amenities. We enjoyed a hot tub sunset looking at the beautiful mountains! It was within 15 minutes of the state park for nice hiking and downtown West Jefferson, which is a very viable small town."

"This place is beautiful, quiet and relaxing. The creek is next to the cabin, it’s amazing. The cabin is great, perfect for a small family. It’s not really clean but there are a lot of cleaning supplies and tools to clean it up. We will definitely go back."

"What a great place! Peaceful and quiet. The cabin was very clean and had all the amenities you could possibly need. Unfortunately it rained all weekend so we couldn’t hang outside by the fire pit but the screened in porch is a nice extension of the home. The hosts reached out to make sure everything was going well and it was. There is a gas station/cafe around the bend and the cafe has really good food, especially for breakfast. The gas station has hunt brothers pizza and that was good as well....

"Don’t pass this listing up, this cabin has everything! There are 4 spacious bedrooms with comfortable beds. We each had our own space to retreat to! There were 4 bathrooms too, 2 are full and 2 are half. That came in handy with a larger group. The open living room/eat in kitchen area is large enough to fit 8 comfortably and is well appointed. "This is my second time staying at this property and it is just perfect for a relaxing getaway weekend. With great proximity to local establishments, it was the perfect spot for being able to relax with little excursions into town mixed in. I booked this property a second time because my dog absolutely loves the large, fenced in backyard and access to the river. Perfect spot for a getaway where you want to be surrounded by nature and take in all the fresh mountain air."

"The property is so beautiful. We walked the trails several times a day. Our dogs had a great vacation. They loved the freedom of the place. We heard the flying squirrels and were lucky enough to have one float past the window. Nearby we enjoyed the Grayson Highlands State Park. We did a short hike and got to see some wild ponies. The home is beautifully decorated and you can tell the owner wants you to have a great experience."

"It was very quiet and peaceful at night and during the day as well. It was nice to have a dishwasher in a cabin. We drove to Grayson Highlands and hiked 2 different days.
