About this property

Mimosa scent

  • A charming studio ideally located in the heart of Grasse’s historic pedestrian zone. This well-designed 16 m² space is on the 3rd floor of a traditional building without an lift.

Grasse will transport you into its world with its rich cultural and historical heritage.
An exhilarating stay that will awaken all your senses awaits you!

Amenities are nearby, including restaurants, shops, and museums (the Jean Honoré Fragonard Villa Museum [free], the Grasse Museum of Art and History of Provence [2 euros], International Perfume Museum [6 euros]), the Maison du Patrimoine [4 euros], the perfume houses (Fragonard, Molinard, and Galimard), and Notre-Dame-du-Puy Cathedral…
But also its theatre, its cinema, “Le Studio,” and its gardens (the Jardin des Plantes).

How many kilometres is Grasse from the coast (Cannes, Antibes, Nice, Monaco)?
It’s also located at the gateway to the hinterland, where you can discover beautiful, authentic villages (Gourdon, St. Paul de Vence, Tanneron…) and enjoy a wide range of activities.

Good for seeing Grasse! Lovely owner

Set a minute away from two different boulangeries and lots of cafes. Grasse is gorgeous and you can explore so much in from the Alpes-Maritimes to the Côte D’Azur! It’s a long walk from the train station and the side street is not accessible by car. The entryway is also stairs so if you are mobility limited this is not for you!
