"Our family of 5 enjoyed everything about this apartment. The location is fantastic. Everything is updated and CLEAN. Parking is easy to find so that is a huge plus since we rented a car for the week. The manager is quick to respond and extremely helpful. If we get back to Nice we will hope to stay here AGAIN."

"I loved this apartment. It was exactly what I needed. The apartment is very light and bright. It has most of the things you will need. I would have loved a washing machine but that is my personal preference. For the time of year it wasn't too hot in the apartment but I am not sure what the situation is in the middle of summer, although there is a small fan. The location is great as well. Close to all the store and restaurants your heart can desire. The tram station is in ear shot and the bus...

"In English: this is our 2nd stay in the apartment. It is simply perfect. We can walk everywhere, enjoy the views, the Promenade, and the restaurants. The markets are exceptional as is the vieux Nice. Malin is the best host we have ever had in a decade of booking apartments around the world and in the USA. Brava! We can't wait to come back next spring!"
