"While booking the room. Expedia changed the date. I should have reviewed it but it was Thursday night and I was tired. I clicked go and then reallized I just booked a hotel 3 hours away for that night, not Saturday as it read when I started the booking. Tried to cancel but it was too latesince it was present time. I contacted expedia texted with a robot for 15 min then got a real person texting. Was told it was the hotels policy and nothing expedia could do. I left a message with the hotel. A woman from the hotel called me Friday morning and said she would cancel my payment for me. Unfortunately the money was put into my expedia account for future use. So 5 for the hotel & its staff. 0 for expedia for its crappy website and unwillingness to try to get my money back."

"The toilet in the room was broken. Had to put my hand into the back of the tank to hopefully get it to flush. There’s was no water pressure in the shower. Guessing either puke or poop on the toilet seat cover. Had to be the most uncomfortable mattress I’ve ever slept on. "

"Everything was great except the mini split sounded like a plane engine. Fortunately I was too sleepy to be annoyed."

"We've stayed here before, we ski and it is less then 30 min from the mountain. It is always quiet and clean. The staff is friendly."
