Welcome to our delightful 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom with a pull-out sofa for that extra guest. This spacious basement suite has lots of natural light and occupied upper level in a serene neighbourhood. This Comfortable and beautifully appointed space offers everything you need for a memorable stay.

We had a great stay. Great location and loved having our own bedroom and bathroom. Kitchen is fully equipped for all your basic needs. You could hear the other tenants but it wasn’t an issue for us.

We were so happy with our stay! Clarisse was excellent to communicate with & quick to respond to all of our needs..there weren't many tho' as it was very clean & well equipped! Upstairs neighbors were quiet and the rental fit our needs perfectly

Well divided

The floor plan having the bedrooms and bathrooms were they are were ideal for hosting separate families.

Wasn't prepared for baby

The property was not a duplex it was a seperate entrance rental. sound proofing was non-existant so all conversations from the other suite was not private. A group with kids/baby showed up for one day/night and the baby cried all night. We went into competition the next morning very tired.

Sleepless night

The upstairs occupants do not care or consider anyone staying below. It is noted that quiet time is 10pm. Unfortunately, the occupants above were very loud until 3am, stomping, running, jumping and yelling. If you value sleep, reconsider staying here.
