"Front desk staff were nice and helpful! But the Hotel was extremely dirty from the hallways, pool room to the actual hotel room. Red stuff splattered on the walls in the room,Toilet paper holder broken hanging off the wall, hair dryer broken in the room, screen to the window was not even secured onto the window, carpet had sticky stuff all over it throughout the room. None of the 3 tvs worked. Pillows were very small. People smoking weed outside the pool room, with the door open and children inside. Worst hotel I've ever stayed at, would never recommend to anyone."

"Some staff were great, but most were rude and didn’t want to be there. Breakfast was a joke, the only edible thing was the waffle you make yourself. The hotel itself is extremely outdated and needs a remodel. The room was fine, but the sheets were dirty and needed to be changed. Housekeeping brought them up for us and left them for us to change the sheets. The pool was surprisingly decent. The “gym” is just a small box in the pool area. Nice to have but with no air flow it was very stuffy. They make you put a deposit on the room and then when you call tell you it could take five days and to call them back if it’s still there. Overall horrible experience and will never stay there again."

"The hot tub was out of order, and the staff were rude! I cannot believe this is how a Hilton hotel is being run. I am appalled at the treatment of visitors and the lack of consideration. This was the worst stay ever, I’d have been better off at the travel lodge!!!"

"Staff was very friendly and helpful, breakfast was good. The room wasn’t bad, but could’ve been better maintained. Above bed lights had cobwebs in them and the pull out bed mattress cover was not clean. Definitely an older place that just needs some upgrades. It was fine for the night "
