"The description led us to believe that it was in the village in the park. Very loud, undesirable location, awful Mexican restaurant that was recommended. Didn’t feel really safe or comfortable. "

"We only stayed one night but I was pleasantly surprised by the spaciousness and amenities of the room. They assigned us a ground floor room to accommodate our dog and the pet fee was only $50. We definitely would’ve been comfortable for a longer stay. "

"First interaction with the staff was during check-in. The welcome party wasn’t so welcoming. Probably because I brought my one luggage bag to the counter which they had a sign up advising against. Solo traveler. By the time I read the sign, I had already unloaded my bag from the car and walked up to the entrance. Other than the awkward check-in interaction, the rest of the stay was good. The gift shop staff was warm and restaurant staff were helpful and polite. The lunch on my first day wasn’t great but dinner was delicious and satisfying. They had s’mores each night out by the fire which was a nice touch since it was chilly in the evenings. Lots of families and couples, safe for solo women travelers."

"Stayed in the suite and it was spacious, clean, and well air conditioned. Quiet at night. Good bfast that was well stocked with pastries yogurt, hard boiled eggs, cereal etc. it was busy early in the morning. We had a hot tub in our building with towels. Night light in the bathroom was a nice extra touch"

"The place was cosy and clean. Very close to Grand Canyon National Park. No complaints at all. Definitely coming back."
