The property only sells by its location and good online pictures. The location is prime, all the action in Granada is around it. Great restaurants, shopping, cafes, etc. Taxis they leave you 200 ft from it, they cannot get closer. The condition of the property is horrible. The shower drain doesn’t work properly and to top it up the shower pan is tilted towards the door. That means the water runs out of the shower into the bathroom, into the leaving area. When we got there, there was a broom and a mop inside the bathroom which looked odd to us. Then after experiencing the shower problem everything made sense. Also use the hot water rationally, after certain volume it runs out and you have to wait until it replenishes. Three people showering back to back definitely the last one will run out. Also there’s a restaurant downstairs and all the smell from the kitchen gets into the common areas and elevator. Again for the price is not worthy.

Excellent location. Nice and comfortable.
Excellent location. Nice and comfortable. It was useful to have a washing machine in the room in the middle of our trip. Very responsive (they came to fix the batteries of the remote control). The space is better and more comfortable for two people.

Great property for exploring Granada
The property is located in an excellent position between Calle Reyes Catolicos and Plaza de Bib-Rambla. Due to the property being on the 4th floor there is very little noise heard in the property. The property itself is in excellent condition with a fantastic balcony with views of the Cathedral. The owners were extremely helpful and arranged for a cot to be provided within 15 mins of us arriving.

Ummmm not so great
The unit I received was awful. One chair at a table with no room to walk around, cramped, chair was broken into pieces. Bedroom so tight you had to walk sideways to clear the bed. Tiniest place. The one lamp didn’t work. Couldn’t access tiny kitchen without moving the table. They moved me to a different unit but it took a few hours of my already tired from travel day to sort out, and then the tv was not working and it has to call several times for assistance. The unit was better but directly above a noisy bar restaurant and kept me awake until 2am every night.

Modern, Good location and clean and well equipped. Although the apartment was quite small for 4 people. Cramped getting to the kitchen.. And we moved the sofa bed so we could get out of the bedroom. The water went cold after 2 showers.. And you can easily lock yourself out.

Our apartment had amazing views of alhambra, cathedral, and mountains-just gorgeous. Wasn’t a huge fan of the online only check in process. The touchscreen for check in wasn’t working right and made for a stressful 15 minutes while we wondered if we would get in. Once we got in, it was great.

The check in process had to be completed online. There were no facilities at the property that will allow you to leave your luggage if you arrive earlier than the check in time (3 pm) or if you wish to leave later than the check out time (11 am). We only stayed one night in Granada and our flight to Madrid was scheduled for 5 pm (in order to visit the city). But, due to the property restrictions, we had to check out at 11 am and stayed at a cafe until 4 pm. A waste of time.

The property was very clean. It is in the perimeter of the Bib Rambla square. There are loads of very good eating places near and around the square. Superb ice cream place Los Italianos 5 mins away. Best sea food tapas, churros in the square. Al Baicin (Moorish quarter) and Granada Cathedral walking distance. Moroccan restaurants also close by. Half an hour to airport and Alhambra by taxi. No onsite reception. 24/7 access contact via App. We had an issue with the bathroom lock which was fixed the next day.

The actual apartment was smaller than expected. The picture shown may not be the actual apartment as there are many in the building. An oversized kitchen table chairs made it imposible to get to the kitchen space as well as an oversized plant made the space difficult to move around. When the sleeper sofa was open you had to squeeze out of the bedroom. There was a coffee pod machine with no pods. The location was great on the plaza with restaurants and shopping nearby. Great elevator and easy access with code. Plan on a hike to the apartment as no drivable roads nearby. Apartment was clean with nice linens and towels.

We traveled with family (two adults and two kids ) and we found the apartment bright, Large, and with beautiful balcony and view. Everything from the neighborhood, to access to the main door, the lobby, the elevator, and opening the apartment door, was a great experience and beautiful almost flawless. the apartment itself was beautiful and clean. You open the French door to the balcony and you see a beautiful view of the city. There is no shortage of restaurants or Café just in walking distance from the apartment. I would strongly recommend this location for everyone who wants to explore the beautiful city of Granada.

At the apartment was so fresh and clean and the location was brilliant! We had three tiny little balconies overlooking the most wonderful Lively Square behind the cathedral in Granada. We were able to walk down and see life Flamingo, Castanet performance, and a puppet show! It's wonderful to have it washer and fresh dishes with the refrigerator Lovely place I highly recommend!

This was such a great stay! The location was perfect, you can not ask for a better location (literally, you can not, it’s in the middle next to the cathedral), the place was beautiful, and so was the view. Loved it. Totally recommend.

L’appartement est agréable et très bien équipé. La conciergerie est en ligne (personne sur place) mais nous avons très bien été renseignés lorsque nous l’avons sollicité. Nous vous recommandons de télécharger l’application pour ouvrir les portes ou ajouter des services supplémentaires (parking, petit déjeuner…). Nous avons pris le parking et tout s’est bien déroulé (situé à 500 m du logement). L’appartement est situé en plein centre, près de la place Bib Rambla. C’est très pratique mais très vivant à côté (attention pour ceux ayant le sommeil léger).

Eramos 3 personas pero solo encontramos sabanas para la cama doble, no teniamos ropa de cama para el sofacama. los asientos del comedor se sienten como si se fueran a desarmar en cualquier momento. Se escucha todo el ruido de la plaza de al lado. No te explican bien el sistema de cerraduras por celular y para alguien nuevo es dificil de entender la primera vez.

Pristine and beautifully decorated flat
The flat was beautifully decorated, new and clean. The check-in extremely smooth and everything related to access very easy. Also, the website with all the other services available (parking space, luggage storage, visit bookings etc) was easy to use. Their customer service is very prompt if you have a question as well. Position was ideal, just off the main square in Granada. One minute walk from the cathedral. I would definitely return - amazing value for the price.

Zentral gelegen, Restaurants und Bar's reichlich vorhanden. Direkte Lage unter der Woche gut. Am Wochenende auch nachts reges Nachtleben auf der Strasse daher recht lange laut. Ist aber tolerierbar da die Lage es wieder wett macht.

Appartement très propre, bien situé en plein centre de Grenade et bien équipé. Manque d'espace et de rangement, environnement bruyant et ouverture par clé électronique pratique mais pas toujours au point (besoin de redémarrer régulièrement le smartphone pour relancer l'application).

Skøn, lys lejlighed med super beliggenhed
Superskøn lejlighed med dejlig udsigt og god plads. Sovesofaen var ikke så bekvem, men det er det eneste kritikpunkt, vi har. Lyst, lækkert, behageligt, sikkert og rent. Desværre kunne man ikke parkere ved lejligheden, og vi måtte finde parkering et stykke væk, men ellers supergodt.

Práctico, bien equipado y buena ubicación. Al estar al lado de la paliza hay un poco de jaleo en la apertura y cierre de bares/comercios. El parking más cercano está a 5 minutos a pie. La churrería de abajo perfecta para desayunar.
