Excellent. Key location and good service. The gym only opens at 8am which was a bummer. But you can ask at the front desk and they allow you in earlier if needed.

Excellent location. The hotel is newer, elegant and very comfortable. The breakfast is good, with a great variety but they can improve it a little with bacon, toppings for the granola bar, cucas. The pool was a little dirty the day we went to see it. The bed is comfortable, great pillows and sheets. The shower has good pressure. Overall it was really good. I would stay there again.

We highly recommend this place

We had a wonderful time at Prodigy. The hotel is amazing. Super clean, impeccable service and super friendly staff. Location is great and you can walk all over Gramado’s Main Street and get to yummy restaurants in a five minute walk. The highlight for us was the delicious breakfast buffet. Forget the usual continental breakfast you get other places, this is simply another level of food that will make you start your day right.

Nice 4 star hotel close to Center of Gramado, whilst we enjoyed our time hear. Our neighbours in the next room was quite noisy and I could here when they returned to their room, dragging the chair across the floor etc.

Everything was well from start to finish. The negatives are the restaurant service was too slow and there is little provision for persons who speak english. Nothing on tv to watch and few service staff speak or understand english.

O Hotel é extremamente limpo e organizado, porém, deixa muito a desejar em termos de barulho. Se tem problemas para dormir, esqueçam. As portas não parecem ser anti ruido e a cozinha fica bem no centro do hotel, fazendo com que todo barulho de talher, telefone, portas, subam. Pelo preço, esperava mais do hotel, no entanto o serviço é excelente.

Escolhemos esse hotel pela localização ótima, mas não vale a pena. Nao se iludam com as fotos no site. Fiquei na suíte júnior, mas estava em pessimo estado. Água vazava da pia e do chuveiro pelas frestas. Porta da casa de máquinas da banheira não fechava. Maçaneta solta da porta do banheiro.

Decepção, site com fotos não atuais.

A hospedagem foi uma decepção! Não se impressionem pelas fotos bonitas do site. Os quartos estão bem desgastados. Fiquei em uma suite júnior no ultimo andar, achei que era uma categoria melhor. Mas pelo contrário, o banheiro vazava água da pia devido a má inclinação, o chuveiro vazava água para fora pois tinha muitas frestas na porta, a portinha abaixo da banheira estava apodrecendo, as toalhas eram surradas de velhas e por fim por uma noite e uma manhã não havia água quente no chuveiro. E havia um elevador com as luzes queimadas. Não recomendo apesar da localização ser boa. Rede Wish é uma decepção.

Ótimo hotel

O Hotel é compacto, mas oferece conforto, bom atendimento e limpeza nos quartos. Na recepção, os atendendentes Samuel e Érica são muito atenciosos e educados. A piscina deixa a desejar nos dias de calor, apenas aquecida.

Lugar muito bom, hotel muito limpo e organizado com um ótimo café da manhã. Tive um pequeno problema com o pagamento envolvendo a plataforma da Hoteis onde ao fazer o checkout, receberam que o pagamento deu "nao autorizado".
