Could not ope room windows and the spiders occupied the room more than guests as cobwebs were seen in many area, problems flushing toulet ans windows were certainly dirty"

"The hotel room was recently refurbished and clean, staff very friendly. However I think I was in the only refurbished room with active work taking place into the evening. I am sure the property will be lovely when completed ready for the summer tourists but I only managed to stay one of my two nights."
