Room was ok, a bit outdated and worn down, however room was clean and beds were comfortable.
There were dirty dishes and left over food and rubbish left outside rooms on the ground level when we arrived and were still there when we left the next day. The ground level access into the hotel was pretty untidy so not a very good first impression.
Overall we had higher expectations for the price we paid.

Truly a five-star experience with wonderful views of the lake! Friendly, welcoming and attentive service throughout our stay. Spacious room with very comfortable bed and plenty of amenities. Great breakfast including deliciously prepared made to order hot options. Enjoyed the hot tub as well as beautiful grounds.
