The staff greeted me with kindness and were very helpful. The rooms were large and spotlessly clean. I will definitely return, next time I stay in Rotorua. It’s a very convenient place to stay. Plenty of parking, opposite the Gardens and a one block walk from the main street.

Property in a need of a bit of TLC but overall value for money. Super handy location. Spa and pools were clean. Friendly staff. Generally clean and tidy - suggested improvements would be patio and outdoor furniture getting dusted for cobwebs and under bathroom vanity needed a clean (moisture marks with dust visible when sititng on toilet).
