"Location, food, restaurants , gym, pool staff , clean rooms were all excellent, Except for the dangerous stairs that one takes from the pool into the beach that is derailed and is about to collapse , while a few wires are holding it from falling , a liability waiting to happen and a guest unfortunately hurt , God forbid bc of negligence . Also the beach umbrellas and chairs are outdated and poorly kept."

Desde la atención, el servicio, la excelencia de su personal en cada una de las áreas, la mejor ubicación de todo Río y cada detalle demuestra que NADA fue liberado al azar en este hotel.
