"Everything was great, staff are very kind and attentive. Bar staff however wanted to charge me for water but I got it free from the restaurant. Breakfast didn’t have many warm options. The hotel itself is beautiful with many things to do. The rooms and lobby area are clean. Overall the stay was fantastic "

"The location is the most perfect location I have ever stayed in! It's right next to the bus/coach station (direct to and from the airport for £12 each way), inside the train station, across the way from the trams, across the way from a shopping mall and a 100 food and convenience stores within arms reach! The room was also really nice, lobby was lovely, breakfast was amazing, staff really friendly! I would 100% recommend this hotel! "

"The hotel is beautiful, and a lot of fun for families. We loved our room, everything was spotless and there's been a lot of thought given to the details. The kids loved the lobby slide and the carousel. Breakfast was amazing with so much choice. My son was sadly very poorly during our stay and the staff were exceptionally kind. Housekeeping did a great job cleaning up, with smiles and kind words. Thanks also to the night guard and cleaner who helped me get medical advice in the middle of the night, reception who arranged a late check out for us, and the restaurant who let me take some food for him out of hours. Everyone looked after us so well! Thank you so much, we hope to come again. "
