Location was very good. Close to tram, 20 minute walk to central station, access to bikes. Several restaurant options around and good breakfast buffet to start your day. Rooms were quite small and hot but it was some of the hottest weather during that time. Easy to get fresh towels without issue but had to request housekeeping. Hot tub and sauna area very well kept.

Very nice hotel with very comfortable beds. The staff were helpful and pleasant and the breakfast was excellent with lots of choice. Also they gave our dog his own dog bed and bowl ans bag of sweets.

Rooms were size of shoe box, there was no place to store clothing, had to be left in case. Bed adequate but pillows very small and uncomfortable. Food very basic, very lomited choice of drinks at lunchtimes due to official barman. not starting shift until 3pm. Hotel a long way from tourist locations

Would avoid in future

Not sure how it is a 4 star hotel: The room is so small one can barely move. Shower gel was empty: had to use hand soap. Breakfast options are not suitable for people who avoid breads, except if one likes boxed liquid industrial eggs: I asked for fried eggs - staff refused. The restaurant’s food menu is poor and the the food itself is average at best. I would not stay there again.
