Rules

No tampering with outside security cameras or removing items already plugged in outlets. No use of fireplace. No parking on grass, only driveway.

Quiet hours are 10pm-7am. PLEASE do not move or re-arrange any furniture. We’ve had guests move furniture causing damage to the floors and walls.

No use of garage as it is under construction. We are creating another beautiful space to upgrade your stay in the next year!

It was very clean and a beautiful home, with a nice big yard surrounded by wildflowers. Some glass tables and breakable items makes it probably not the best home for young kids. My tween and her friend loved it and thought it was very chic. The tv on the deck outside was a cherry on top for them. Two minor suggestions to the host - add a towel rack or hooks for shower towels to dry. Also instructions on how to lock the door in the informational email would have been helpful, but the host was immediately responsive with that information.

Clean marble flooring thru most of home.

The steps upstairs were worrisome, if you have any knee issues - this may not be the best option for a VRBO.This home was super clean, and beautiful however. Plenty of parking space for your guest.All supplies were provided.

Rooms were clean and the property looked good and cared for. There were no drapes on several windows this making those areas hot from the sun. Kitchen utensils need to improve. AC is not central but small units that have problems cooling the living room and dining area. There is no washer/dryer hookup. I would not advise renting this property. Also a large bat population in the top of the garage.

Nice Home with recent updates

Overall, I'd highly recommend staying at the rental. It's recently updated and has a fantastic deck out back with a TV. There were some minor recommendations, but was very happy overall. - The front door sticks and can be tough to open and close. (Owner is aware and will hopefully fix soon) - Hand towels for the bathroom - Curtains for the bedroom with 2 standard beds - More untensils for the kitchen All of these are minor recommendations but really enjoyed our stay. I'd recommend fixing the front door (it sticks

The location is close to legoland which is nice. They had connect 4 and some playing cards otherwise the property isnt great for little ones due to some odd decor choices. There were ants and a spider and unsure about the cleaning. Thermostat didnt adjust and dishwasher didnt work. Tvs were hard to use. Wish there had been printed instructions for where to find things in the house, as well as recommendations in the town. Didnt use outdoor deck because too cold but also couldnt open the door and when asked was told a wooden stick was holding it closed because someone else broke it :( checkout was said 9am which is earlier than the many other places we've visited but when we asked they at least let us check out at 10..
