"We arrived 4pm on a Saturday and reception had closed. Easy enough to collect the key. Staff had put the fire on in our room so was nice a warm. Wanted to go for a swim but didn’t seemed open and all facilities looked closed Room was spacious and clean although a bit dated. Bed was very comfy. Cost of room was quite expensive with it only being the room and no other facilities"

"We had everything we needed, but the entrance to the apartment was uninviting. There was a mop and bucket drying at our door. The gardens were unattended and there was bird poos and weathered furniture in the entrance. Something that could easily be fixed."

"Staff were very friendly and not arrogant at all. Very down to earth which we enjoyed and felt very welcome. Room was very big and not felt crowded. Shower was a double in a renovated modern bathroom. There were tables and chairs on the balcony up stairs that we could sit and watch the world go by. Meals were a good size and delicious. Car parking at rear too. Tables and chairs with an umbrella outdoor seating were popular. In the heart of the Daylesford township making it an easy access to all the shops, cafes, restaurants etc. Highly recommend."

"It’s rare to find a holiday stay so clearlyLoved and lived in by its owners. We felt immediately at home and comfortable amongst the beautiful art and collections of objects. As avid cooks we found the kitchen was particularly well equipped with good utensils and the cherry blossoms in the backyard were stunning."
