"The hotel was in a very convenient area. The room was fairly large. It was a little noisy at night, but we were right in the middle of the city. There were many places to eat and drink around it and the room was very clean. The housekeeping staff was excellent and the front desk staff was also excellent in particular. I wish I had his name but a man who I think is from Barcelona was so very helpful."

"Great location within walking distance of the Old Town, with a beautiful river walk right in front of the hotel. The only downside is that parking can be difficult to find, and even the hotel's parking is often full. Fortunately, Bilbao is very walkable, so it's easy to explore the city on foot."

"This was a nice and reasonably priced hotel. Staff was friendly and my bed was comfortable. Best is it is two blocks from the funicular with a grocery right there at Funicular plaza."
