"Excellent communication from start to finish With map and tram details to get to apartment. In a great location 2 minute walk to lake and a lovely 15 minute stroll to centre or a tram just outside. Room had everything you needed and got cleaned within our stay which doesnt normally happen in an apartment. Staff were friendly and when my travel plug didn’t work they were on hand with a spare which I could keep for whole of trip. If we ever visit Zurich again I would definitely stay here."

"Very comfortable hotel and accommodating staff throughout our five night visit. Location is ideal: only two blocks from the lakeside promenade, and roughly a 10 minute walk to Old Town, it is right on the 11 and 15 tram lines which run frequently and cover pretty much everywhere needed. The location is ideal for accessing Zurich sites without the crowding of Old Town. Very nicely done breakfast in pleasant dining area. For other meals, there are lots of good restaurants within a couple blocks. Definitely the place we'd stay on a return trip to Zurich."
