"System was not working at time of check in. Two men at counter, only 1 acknowledged me. The other might have been IT but thought he could let me know that. Also fridge was unplugged and we are not certain why."

After a very uncomfortable ,rude few minutes of her basically ignoring me, and I have my od and card out on the counter, she finally looks up to check me in. Property feels and looks dated. Not very clean, there were mold spots in the shower grout, pool are was not cared for, and 1 elevator was out of service. We were in town for a sports tournament and I was shocked after booking this property which was highly rated on Expedia."
