Easy to find & great location. Good parking. Very clean & modern. We didn’t go to the pool so unsure about it. Room was large. Pillow & bed were very comfortable. Check in was fast. We stayed on the 3rd floor & could hear the room above us. Kids running and it was loud, but didn’t make any noise during the night for sleeping. I will stay here again & recommend. Wish they had continental breakfast.

The only friendly staff we encountered was the check-in guy with multiple ear piercings. He was exceptional. The breakfast lady was not friendly. The checkout guy told us to leave our key on the counter. He did not ask about our stay, say thank you, or offer a receipt. The pool needs to be drained and scrubbed. The room was clean and comfortable.

The property was in great condition. The gym was big for a hotel and well-equipped and the hot tub/ pool area was very clean and attractive . The hotel lobby was beautiful, and the rooms were spacious and well furnished. Loved it!

The great escape to be with our grandkids.

It was a good stays. My kids and grand kids enjoy the pool and breakfast. We enjiy staying there and the staff made our stay awesomely wonderful. It was so wonderful we rented a extended room for our daughter and son inlaw's and our grandchildren. We appreciate the hotel very much.

Shoreview, MN Hilton does an amazing job with cleanliness, modern facilities, and the breakfast buffet. We had a quiet, wonderful stay. The pool and hot tub were exceptionally clean. It would be nice to have coffee and hot water available all day vs. putting everything away promptly at 10:00 AM. We will be back.

Keith at the front desk was fantastic. Very quick and efficient. Got our room in less than 5 minutes. Very nice lobby area for parents to gather at night and sit around and play some games and chat.

I like that they allow pets, inluding cats. My husband enjoyed the hot tub. Front desk staff were excellent, for example: Even though I checked in late at about 12 AM, there was still staff there to greet me in person, making my check in very easy! Thank you, we appreciate it.

Condition was mid but not because of cleanliness.

Room had a crack in the ceiling and 2 lights did not work. I did not see this as a big deal so the front desk was never bothered about either issue. Room was clean and staff were really friendly and helpful. Definitely would stay again.

The room was nice and clean. And was comfortable enough. The downsides were the pool/Jacuzzi was out of order, which was one of the reasons I booked the place. So that was disappointing. Also, the breakfast buffet was not complementary quite expensive for very mediocre food. It should come standard at least with the room.

Hotel staff were great! The swimming pool however was not. Very green to the point that we didn’t even go in. Kids were disappointed. With the way it was- It should have been closed but was not. Everything else was okay though and overall good stay!
