The staff was SO friendly and accommodating. I was there for a family emergency and because I didn’t know when I’d be able to leave they really went above and beyond to make sure I had a place to stay. The staff was the reason I stayed, the cleanliness and all other accommodations were just the cherries on top.

Fantastic customer service!

The customer service we received was outstanding! Every single person we had an interaction with was absolutely fantastic. Top notch customer service. We will absolutely be staying here again. Comfortable beds, great breakfast. The only downside was the pool area was small, something out of the staffs control.

Wonderful Hotel!

Wonderful hotel. Exceeded our expectations. Great room, comfortable bed, great bathroom with huge shower and all large liquid toiletries installed in shower and on wall by sinks. Extremely quiet room with Complete darkening shades. Amazing full hot breakfast, nice pool with hot tub, Staff was great, easy check in. Almost like staying in a brand new hotel. Would definitely stay again! Highly recommend !

Great Rooms!

My experience was pretty good. It was a little disappointed when I was informed that I couldn't use my rewards member number there and not be treated as if I was a member because I used Expedia. At other Holidays Inn Express I'm able to use my points and be recognized but not at this locations. It was a bummer and kind of killed the mood to stay there. I will say they have great rooms. The room was more than I imagine.
