The stay was very quiet and the staff were very polite. The only possible issue for some would be the lack of an elevator. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. .

The staff were friendly but the 7 rating was definitely a mistake. The halls and rooms had fresh paint and sheets were clean. The room was vacuumed but very obvious the vacuum does not suck along edges and in drawers. The light switches were old and filthy. Coffee maker and USB plugs in did not work. Towels very thin.

A sticker must have been removed and the adhesive in still on the tub. 5 minutes with Goo Gone and it would be gone.
