The unit we had was realy lovely the veiws were great as we had ocean veiws from the balcony and all the windows,shoping was easy all on the ground floor,walking distance to all the food areas and clubs plus transport plenty of buses.An all round great place to stay.

The view, facilities, convenience of location and layout of the unit was seriously excellent. The unit could have been cleaner with a little more attention to detail though. Make sure you take extra toilet paper if you stay more than 2 nights or be prepared to pay for extra.

Amazing views. Clean well-appointed two bed, two bath apartment. A little dated in parts but can’t beat location. Will return.

The view was gorgeous, the staff were friendly and helpful. The unit itself had some pretty old, such as tap ware in bathroom and cleanliness could be better. We cleaned fan before putting it on and grout inI shower and bathroom were pretty disgusting. Felt safe and location was great

Fantastic hotel with a great location to the beach and sitting above a plaza with Woolworths, Timezone and plenty of eateries makes life so easy with kids From very young to late teens. Extremely good staff from reception through to tech support and cleaners Will definitely stay again.

Great location

Great location, across the street from the beach. The hotel is also situated right above a shopping complex with a grocery store (Woolworths), cinemas, games arcade (Timezone) and various restaurants. The rooms themselves are slightly dated but reasonably large.

Family weekend by the ocean

Accommodation was nice and modern, lots of space and great view. Friends unit was a little more dated and not so spacious, so depends what you get allocated on the day.

The rooms are old and need updating. The view is amazing of the ocean. Bed needs a new mattress very uncomfortable. Dryer stopped and started and zapped my husband. Great location very close to beach and shops.

The location was what we liked the most. We had a very bad taxi experience. we waited 45 minutes for a taxi that didn't turn up. The front desk staff were the ones to use the taxi button and then 45 minutes later when we were supposed to be at our appointment the staff came over and told us that the taxi was 20 minutes away.!!!! we were not happy.

The Staff were nice and helpful. Check-in and check-out was easy. The apartment (2 bedroom) was clean, and comfortable with magnificant views over the beach, ocean, and hinterland. My wife, our 2 year old, and I really enjoyed our stay and will definately come back.

Favourite place on Earth

Ocean Plaza Resort is my go to whenever I feel life getting on top of me. It's my place to recharge, relax and remember what I'm grateful for. I have been visiting Ocean Plaza for a few years now and I would live here in a heartbeat. The staff are exceptional. Friendly faces every time we stay. The rooms are sensational. The views, oh the views.. Can't beat them. I cannot fault this place. I love it.

Very central hotel no need for the car as everything is walking distance. Only down fall, in a 2 bed room unit only one aircon in the lounge room. The fan in the main room was shockingly slow. Summer would defiantly be interesting.
