The location and room type could not have been anymore perfect. The only thing they may want to consider is installing air conditioning, whilst it wasn’t too hot during my stay if it were in the warmer months it would have been too unbearably hot,

The manager/owner - Jeff - fantastic, friendly & responsive. Perfect location. Older room with a few things needing upgrading or replacing but would definitely return! We will be back!

The property is in a perfect location with access to the beach, walking tracks, cafes and shopping. No need to get in your car once you arrive as everything is walking distance. Jeff the onsite manager is helpful and friendly. We were on the top floor with the best views. We have booked again for next year.

Disappointing.

We paid extra for a deluxe room and while it was roomy and recently renovated (therefore great potential) the condition of Unit 5 and the cleanliness was disappointing. Broken screen door lock, broken bed head and dining chairs, broken DVD player (which was replaced on our request on day 2). Plus the floor was so dirty we couldn’t walk bare feet inside without them turning black underneath. Such a shame as friendly staff and great walkable location to beach, national park and shops. Plus, even though we booked and paid extra for a deluxe unit, we weren’t placed in one of the two featured on their website. So not sure if we were actually placed in one or not.

Mesmerising views, awesome location!

Although the building is quite old, our apartment was very comfortable and the views were amazing. It is brilliantly located next to a national forest and across the road from the ocean plus there are great restaurants and cafes nearby. We would definitely go back!

Location and views were amazing. The place is quite run down needing a little TLC. If you are looking for a lovely spot just to chill and admire our beautiful coast line this is the place for you.

Showing her age, but brilliant view

The view and location were excellent, and the kitchen had stacks of cooking equipment. There were plenty of electrical appliances, some new, and all working well. The problems were no air-conditioning and it is in desperate need of painting and having screen and sliding doors fixed.

This is the second time we have stayed here. Jeff and Ruth are fantastic and always helpful. The place is older but always clean and tidy. Great views. We will be back.
