we stayed in room 5. since we got in the room after checking in we can see the room is in a very bad condition noting like the photos they provide in Hotels.com at all. the light in the kitchen was broken, the room was dirty with lot of dust. certain dirty, the couch was broken. we decide to go down and talk to the manager and complaining about the room. he came up with us to the room and keep saying this is a 3-star hotel what you expect. no one never complains, please check the reviews in the site everybody was happy blah blah blah. To be honest, I don't care about the reviews but what I see now is broken dirty and bad conditions. we ask him for a refund as we booked to stay 2 nights and we offer to pay for one night and only ask for one night refund and he was so rude and pass me a piece of paper showing that no refund and he stated you stay or you leave up to you. we decide to stay for a night and 2 of my friends who visit me from Zurich decide to leave Gold Coast in the morning to Sydney. I even call to Hotels.com and try to get a refund and the site could help me nothing about this. think twice before you book this hotel.
