A great place to stay . Air conditioning is good, ammenities such as fridge, laundry ( washing and dryer was available in the room .) . Just around building works in the area As new apartments is getting built up in the area of chevron Island. Construction noise is heard. Did not bother us as were up and early for Futsal tournaments everyday . So construction noise is a factor did not affect us

We booked for three nights. Could only stay one.we had to leave. DO NOT STAY HERE! It is filthy, there was blood on the walls. The management isn’t contactable and doesn’t bother with guests. The pictures are NOTHING like the place, it’s filthy, it’s not maintained, there was used soap in the shower. The management doesn’t care about guests and refuses to get in contact, to refund the money. I’m taking legal action against them now. Do not book here, falsely advertised and disgusting, I’ve actually never stayed somewhere worse the blanket was covered in filth. There were literal holes in the wall and hazards.

This property almost makes it. Great location, quiet area, good layout of suite, well equipped kitchen, even has its own laundry. Receptionist friendly and helpful. Falls down in the cleaning, not dirty but would expect better. And the furnishings, you don't fix saggy sofa springs by putting a sheet of chipboard under the cushions! But would I book again... hell yeah.

There was no elevator to bring suitcases to the room. We had to carry 30kg suitcases up 3 flights of stairs. These suitcases were dragged down the stair case and 3am for an early morning flight and woke people up. We could hear people in the other rooms and their TVs. We had maintenance people knock on our door early in the morning to service the air conditioning that we were not expecting. The pool was dirty. The walls and curtains were filthy. Some of the curtains were broken.

魅力なのは金額だけ。 徒歩10分ほどで繁華街や駅まで行けるがやはり遠く感じてしまう。 ドライヤーが壊れて使えないのと、アメニティは一才取替なし。 トイレットペーパーも自分でスーパーで買ってくるか、1つ5ドルで買うか。 Wi-Fiも無料ではないです。 現地シムの電波も良くなく、部屋の明るさも暗いです。 仮に次回またゴールドコーストに来た時はここには宿泊しないです。 ただフロントの女性はとても良い人です！英語が分からない私に現地アクティビティを一生懸命探してくれて予約の補助や手配先にも電話してくれて、大変助かりました！！

Very deceiving! Nice on the outside but extremely disappointed with the inside. A torn cushion on the the sofa bed, no mattress in the sofa bed?? Wobbly table and unstable chairs, the curtains were dirty, faded and wouldn’t open properly among other things. The decor was unappealing, it seemed that management wanted to renovate but with no money? Very poorly decorated. For what they charge it was a very ordinary stay and if there was a zero star rating this place would get it!

The location is great and the property is nice and quiet. The public areas around the pool are well looked after. The room was well equipped. However I guess I must have misread the website, as I thought it said “serviced weekly”. One website says “ limited housekeeping” it was generally clean when I arrived I stayed for 3 weeks and no one came to clean, ever. There was a spoon in the cutlery drawer which had congealed food on it from a previous occupant. The stove top, which needed cleaning, shed rust every time I used it. There was some suspicious dirt in the car park stairwell, which was there when I arrived and still there when I left.

Comfortable place, but cleanliness is questionable

On arrival we had to clean before we managed to settle down. The bathroom was filthy, hair all over the place, mirror was not cleaned and there were poop smears on the toilet seat. We had to ask for a vacuum to clean the place. Once we cleaned everything, it was fine and comfortable. The bed was comfortable.
