We had no opportunity to see the accommodation as we were told on arrival the room was double booked
And they had no other room for us
Disappointed you had had 5 days to let us know
We were left to walk the streets looking for accommodation
Car park is difficult and no visitor parking makes it hard when you have two vehicles, off street parking is very busy. Blinds need maintenance as some don’t go up or down and one completely broken, light bulbs need replacing but overall great property.
The view was simply amazing from this property. Very nice unit to stay in. Only two issues were, we think it was currently being renovated/updated as there were new couches wrapped up in the lounge room with the old couches still set up as to still be used and the parking was extremely tight (we have a small car).
I loved the spaciousness of this apartment. It has 3 bedrooms and a full size kitchen, big dining table and a big couch. This was great for us as a family of 5 (including 3 young children) because we weren't cramped and on top of each-other. It was really clean I was very impressed but here was an issue with both showers which I have talked to the property manager about. The location was good, right across from the beach and not too far from Macintosh Island Park (which my kids LOVED!) but there really weren't many cafe/restaurants all that close... the closest is about a 10 minute walk. On the flipside though, it was as quiet as the Gold Coast can get so that was nice. The apartment we had was on level 1 but we didn't have any views. I mention this because I thought we would get views but possibly I was looking at the wrong pictures? Really, it was a good apartment in a lovely spot and I would definitely recommend it as long as you're not looking for luxury.
Central location but still relatively quiet. Fully equipped apartment including kitchen and laundry facilities. Check in is at the nearby Bougainvillea, but excellent communication from the managers. Basement car park is a little cramped but manageable with parking sensors. Recommended by long or short stays.

The kitchen light and second bedroom light didn't work. While the property manager did respond to our concern, it was to move a floor lamp into the kitchen as no one would come after 5pm. There were disconnected lamps everywhere, most of which didn't work (as we used one of those as the light for the kids room). The tap in the second shower came off, so we managed to fix that back on and then didn't use it. While the property managers were friendly and responded quickly, the property itself could do with some general maintenance.

Size was fantastic, spacious apartment. Fabulous views, very clean and tidy. The only negative comment would be about the awkward underground carpark.
Clean though dated facility with everything that you need for a self catering stay. Shops, restruants and tram 10 minute walk. One tram stop away from large grocery store. Good location for public transport to theme parks via tram and bus. regular service. 15 minute walk into Surfers Paradise area. Beach directly opposite. Good discount stay.

Great apartment, terrible car park
To be fair, we only stayed one night so didn't get to really judge the pool or location in relation to food and drinks options. What we did like was the beautifully renovated 3 bedroom apartment. Good layout and very spacious and nice new furniture (though the headboards are yet to be attached to the wall and make a terrible banging noise when you roll over in bed). If you are bringing a car when you stay here, be warned ... the car park is the worst I've ever been in. So hard to drive into and get to your spot. Overall a comfortable stay.

Faulty Towers... but was fine inside!
When we found the building it was obviously being renovated...we jokingly called it Faulty Towers.
It was all remote check-in and had to get instructions from a safe in an adjacent apartment building.
We eventually got into the unit and it was fine inside. Great position opposite the beach.
I would not stay here again
The unit was lovely but extremely hot beds were very uncomfortable no iron to use
Car parking was ridiculous

Beach Hut
An older style apartment that was what going to Surfers used to be.
Not ultra modern, but clean, quiet and priced right.
The Host Greg, is a cracker of a guy
This is our new favorite place to stay for a beach holiday. Family friendly and well set up apartments with great views of main beach. The penthouse is unbelievable with panoramic views and everything you need for your stay. Convenient walk across to main beach and a short walk to the tram which is convenient for trips to Pacific Fair, Cavill mall or Southport and Broadbeach. Friendly and helpful management makes it a breeze to stay.
