"This was a very nice hotel in an area that was convenient but has become even more rundown and safe with drunks, sex shops, drugs and dirty streets surrounding it sadly. As a single woman, I felt unsafe at all times of the day coming and going to the hotel."

"This hotel was beautiful! The spa was a nice touch. We had some very relaxing massages here.
Breakfast was plentiful and delicious. Would definitely stay here again. "
"Excellent service from start to finish.
Well appointed room, stylish design and spotlessly clean! The staff were extremely helpful and friendly nothing was too much trouble. The bed was very comfortable and the Nespresso machine was great in the morning. Would highly recommend this hotel. There is a nice sized gym and a large comfortable lounge to relax in."
"Very nice hotel just know what to expect...not your traditional reception desk, the bar doubles as reception on the 6th floor, then off to your room which will have a glass cube for the shower, there is a curtain to pull round if you need privacy, the toilet is in a separate frosted glass cube, the basin is in the bedroom itself. The soap, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel and body lotion all smell great.
There is no tea and coffee in the room but in the galley on the ground floor is tea and coffee to make yourself.
The hotel is an easy 6 stops and 20 minutes no changes needed from the airport get off at Hauptwacher station, the important thing is to get off the train and walk along the platform towards the back of the train, up the escalator then at an angle of 10 o clock go up the next escalator and you are outside, this is the nearest exit to the hotel and it is a few minutes walk to the entrance "
"Warm welcome from staff when I checked in, explain in details of surrounding areas and hotel amenities. Breakfast included with variety of food to choose and tasty. Located at city center, walkable to major attractions. Room is clean and spacious.. recommend to stay!!"
