Apartments in Glendale

"Great location, clean and cute"

"Good communication"

"It was exactly as described."

"Great place to stay"

"Finding the apartment took a little while, nice clean apartment. Only bad thing about the 3 day stay was another tenant would leave their dog on their patio all day, and it was outside my balcony in next set of apartments, and the noise was horrible. I stayed gone so I didn’t have to listen to it. Property Management should surely do something about it."

"Property was fantastic and so close to everything. I went to a concert and it was less than 5 minute walk away. Would definitely stay again if I travel to Glendale for another show."

"Easy going stay, liked having microwave so food prep wasn't an issue."

"Great spot "

"We spent the weekend celebrating our anniversary. This place was perfect for the location and amenities. Super quiet place and enjoyed the private access and indoor parking. The purchase through Expedia was good, however I wish it was disclosed the process would then include a separate application process through the site of the owner which was a bit overkill if purchasing through a third party vendor already. Received over ten communication messages from the morning of entrance and the next...

"Very easy communication and access! Beautiful pool and unbelievable gym ! "

"Overall good experience. A little hiccup with miscommunication of payment and fees because of third party app but overall good."

"Our stay was great! The unit had more to offer than we expected as it was a full kitchen and there was a great TV, games to play and the bed was quite comfortable. The best part was the location as it is right next to State Farm Cardinal Stadium, so just a short walk away to the game we attended. It also had great access to Westgate Entertainment District which has restaurants, bars, an AMC movie theater, a comedy club and so much more. The location was the best part of our stay as...

"Room was in good condition rather sparsely furnished but great location and met our needs. The "linens for the futon in master closet" turned out to be one sheet on a shelf"

"Great location. Really nice place. "

"Loved it, and it looks better in person than in the pics! "

"Place was pretty clean. Maybe a little xtra vacuuming could have been done under the beds. But, otherwise clean. Short on tp and paper towels and bath towels. The beds are very hard and the seating in the living area is also pretty hard and uncomfortable. But for the price it is a great deal for a short stay. The hallway smells very strong of marijuana. The communication was excellent and check in as well. I would stay here again. For a short trip."

"Exactly a mile from the stadium and from the shopping outlets, has a garage which meant the world to my wife and this place is immaculate with a fitness room and outdoor pool"

"Great location and wonderful service response for the few things we needed. "

"We enjoyed our stay, The Apartment is in a perfect location for what we needed. We would definitely stay here in the future! "
